70% were not wearing gloves!!!!!! Safety gear is only effective if used properly. It is one thing to provide safety apparel to your employees, but it is another to enforce a rule that they need to use all applicable gear. Just think of how you could reduce the number of incidents just by having your employees wear gloves and/or other safety equipment.
